Chamomile tea - how and why to use it


Chamomile tea is produced from the budding  flower. The flowers are collected from the plant before they seed. Then you have to dry a flower. When making a chamomile tea, you could also use  a small quantity of fresh green leaves. When flowers are dried, they are processed in the form of small tea like shapes. People generally prefer to grow a plant in their own garden and process it for drinking. Chamomile tea is very popular drink for consumption because of its wide range of medicinal benefits for the human body. Chamomile is highly effective to cure minor wounds and scratches. Tea can be placed over the skin to heal skin swelling, acne, circles, reduce eye swelling, burns etc. Tea can be used for sensitive skin to save it from infections. Not to hot tea bags can be applied under the eyes to reduce swelling and puffing under the eyes too. The anti allergic pigments of tea makes it the perfect option to protect human body and skin from allergic disorders. It also relaxes the facial skin by softening it. It will help in removing numerous skin diseases and you can even use it as a mouth wash to kill microbes. Chamomile tea should be even used to relax tensed body muscles. This healthy tea should be used when bathing to reduce muscle soreness and relieve irritable skin. This tea can be even very beneficial to cure stress and tension.
