sure that the songs you choose for your playlist are ones that have an upbeat
feel to them. These will then help to

the various exercises and dance moves involved in such a workout.
Of course
you can stick with using music with a Latin based rhythm to them such as those
used to dance the salsa, cha-cha, samba or merengue. However you may also want to consider using
something a little more different such as some good old rock and roll tunes
instead.
